6. Kết quả xét nghiệm một số chỉ số liên quan đến viêm gan virus B tại Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội

Abstract

Using tests to detect people positive for hepatitis B (HBV) is an important measure to prevent hepatitis B infection in the community. In this study, we used a cross-sectional descriptive research method to understand the current situation of HBsAg, anti-HBs and anti-HBc testing at Hanoi Medical University Hospital. From 2020 to 2022, there were 306,115 people tested for HBV at Hanoi Medical University Hospital. Of which, the rate of testing for HBsAg was 79.82%, the rate of testing for HBsAg and anti-HBs was 19.61%, the rate of testing 3 tests for HBsAg, anti-HBs and total anti-HBc was 0.29%. The rate of people with positive HBsAg was 8.19%, this rate in the hepatobiliary group reached 16.67%, while the rate in the group performing surgeries and the health control group were 7.54% and 7.74%, respectively. In the group with negative HBsAg, the proportion of people with anti-HBs concentration below 10 IU/ml accounted for 46.77%. Based on the results of 3 tests, we found that 31.39% of people had previously been exposed to HBV.
