Abstract

We report a case of neurological complication immediately following percutaneous coronary angiography. Given lack of certain evidence, we could not determine the cause leading to the neurological complications. We conclude that neurological complications following a percutaneous cardiac procedure could be very severe and difficult to determine the source, and sequential imaging evaluations are necessary to diagnose and to evaluate the neurologic progress.
