Abstract

A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted to evaluate patient satisfaction with dental care services at the Center for High Technique of Dentistry, School of Dentistry, Hanoi Medical University, in 2026. A total of 343 patients aged 18 and older who utilized odonto-stomatology examination and treatment services at the Center from January to April 2026 were interviewed using a structured questionnaire designed based on the Dental Satisfaction Questionnaire (DSQ). The results showed that most patients were satisfied or highly satisfied with the dental care services at the Center. No patient rated the services as highly dissatisfied. All factors across five domains-including customer care, time convenience, quality of examination and treatment, pain control, and treatment costs-achieved exceptionally high satisfaction ratings. However, there were still a small percentage of patients remaining dissatisfied across all five criteria mentioned above.
