Sốt xuất huyết Dengue ở trẻ sơ sinh (Neonatal Dengue) là tình trạng bệnh lý ít gặp, đặc điểm lâm sàng không điển hình, dễ chẩn đoán nhầm với bệnh lý khác. Trẻ sơ sinh nhiễm virus Dengue có thể không có triệu chứng tới biến chứng nặng gây tử vong. Chúng tôi báo cáo trường hợp trẻ nữ 7 ngày tuổi có mẹ mắc sốt xuất huyết Dengue trước đẻ 1 ngày, biểu hiện lâm sàng gồm sốt, phát ban đỏ trên da, gan to, tiểu cầu giảm và Dengue NS1 dương tính từ ngày thứ 2 của bệnh. Trẻ có biến chứng viêm màng não với biểu hiện ngủ li bì, bú kém, thóp phồng nhẹ, số lượng bạch cầu tăng trong dịch não tủy, Dengue IgM và Dengue IgG dương tính trong máu và dịch não tủy, MRI sọ não bình thường. Sau quá trình điều trị bệnh nhân ổn định. Kết luận: Trẻ sơ sinh có mẹ mắc sốt xuất huyết Dengue cần được theo dõi để tránh bị bỏ sót chẩn đoán, biểu hiện lâm sàng gồm sốt, gan to, phát ban và giảm tiểu cầu, có thể gặp biến chứng viêm màng não.
