Đánh giá kết quả phẫu thuật điều trị lỗ tiểu thấp thể quy đầu và rãnh quy đầu

Nghiên cứu được tiến hành nhằm đánh giá kết quả điều trị lỗ tiểu thấp ở bệnh nhân. Qua đó đưa ra sự lựa chọn phương pháp mổ phù hợp đặc điểm lâm sàng lỗ tiểu thấp thể qui đầu và rãnh qui đầu. Tuổi trung vị của 61 bệnh nhân là 4 tuổi. Lỗ tiểu thấp thể quy đầu có 47 bệnh nhân (77 %), thể rãnh quy đầu có 14 bệnh nhân (%). Trục dương vật thẳng ở thể quy đầu là 100% (47/47), ở thể rãnh quy đầu là 42,9% (6/14). Hẹp lỗ tiểu ở thể quy đầu là 25,5% (12/47), ở thể rãnh quy đầu là 92,9% (13/14). Lỗ tiểu thấp thể rãnh quy đầu: rãnh niệu đạo sâu có 4/14 (28,6%) bệnh nhân. Tỷ lệ phẫu thuật thảnh công là 100% (61/61). Kết quả này cho thấy phương pháp Mustardé, Mathieu cải tiến điều trị lỗ tiểu thấp thể rãnh quy đầu, cũng như kỹ thuật tịnh tiến lỗ tiểu và Y–V plasty điều trị lỗ tiểu thấp thể quy đầu đều cho tỷ lệ thành công cao.
