Tình trạng rối loạn chức năng tình dục ở phụ nữ dưới 50 tuổi mắc đái tháo đường typ 2

Mục tiêu nghiên cứu nhằm khảo sát chức năng tình dục và tìm hiểu các yếu tố liên quan ở bệnh nhân nữ mắc đái tháo đường typ 2 dưới 50 tuổi. Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 157 phụ nữ, gồm 78 người mắc đái tháo đường typ 2 và 79 người không mắc bệnh, có đặc điểm nhân khẩu học tương đồng. Chức năng tình dục được đánh giá bằng bộ câu hỏi FSFI (Female Sexual Function Index) và tình trạng sức khỏe tâm lý được đo lường bằng thang điểm DASS-21 (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale). Kết quả cho thấy, tỷ lệ rối loạn chức năng tình dục ở nhóm đái tháo đường typ 2 là 67,9%, cao hơn đáng kể so với nhóm chứng (48,1%, p = 0,012). Điểm trung bình FSFI ở nhóm bệnh là 23,4 ± 4,7, thấp hơn nhóm chứng (26,1 ± 3,3), p = 0,001. Không tìm thấy mối liên quan có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa chức năng tình dục với các yếu tố lâm sàng hoặc sinh hóa của bệnh đái tháo đường. Ngược lại, tần suất quan hệ tình dục, rối loạn lo âu và trầm cảm có mối liên quan rõ rệt với rối loạn chức năng tình dục.
