Kết quả nhân trắc học sau phẫu thuật nam tính hóa khuôn ngực ở bệnh nhân chuyển giới nam: Đánh giá dựa trên tiêu chuẩn nam giới sinh học

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá sự thay đổi các chỉ số nhân trắc ngực sau phẫu thuật nam tính hóa và so sánh với tiêu chuẩn nam giới sinh học ở người chuyển giới nam Việt Nam. Thiết kế thuần tập hồi cứu được tiến hành tại hai bệnh viện từ năm 2022 đến 2025 trên 32 bệnh nhân chuyển giới nam được phẫu thuật cắt tuyến vú và tạo hình quầng núm vú, so sánh với nhóm chứng gồm 152 nam giới sinh học. Kết quả cho thấy sau phẫu thuật, khoảng cách liên núm vú, khoảng cách hõm ức–núm vú và đường kính quầng vú đều giảm có ý nghĩa thống kê (p < 0,001), giúp hình thái ngực tiệm cận đặc điểm nam giới sinh học. Tuy nhiên, nhóm chuyển giới sau mổ vẫn có tỷ lệ khoảng cách liên núm vú/chiều rộng ngực nhỏ hơn và kích thước núm vú lớn hơn so với nhóm chứng (p < 0,05). Phẫu thuật tạo hình ngực nam tính giúp cải thiện đáng kể đặc điểm nhân trắc, song cần tối ưu hóa kỹ thuật nhằm đạt tính thẩm mỹ và hài hòa cao hơn với tiêu chuẩn nam giới Việt Nam.
