Giá trị acid uric dịch khớp và tỷ số acid uric dịch khớp/ acid uric huyết thanh ở bệnh nhân gút

Nghiên cứu cắt ngang với 61 bệnh nhân gút nhằm mô tả nồng độ acid uric (AU) dịch khớp, tỷ số AU dịch khớp/huyết thanh (SSR) và các yếu tố liên quan. Kết quả cho thấy AU dịch khớp luôn cao hơn đáng kể so với AU huyết thanh (479,75 so với 424,01 µmol/L; p < 0,001) và khác biệt rõ rệt với nhóm thoái hóa khớp. SSR trung bình của nhóm gút đạt 1,16 ± 0,18, cao hơn rõ rệt so với nhóm thoái hóa khớp (0,99 ± 0,08). AU dịch khớp và AU huyết thanh có tương quan thuận rất mạnh (r = 0,881; p < 0,001), trong khi SSR tương quan nghịch mức trung bình với AU huyết thanh (r = –0,539; p < 0,001).
