Mối liên quan giữa nhiệt độ với số người bệnh cao tuổi mắc bệnh phổi tắc nghẽn mạn tính (COPD) điều trị nội trú tại năm bệnh viện tại thành phố Đà Nẵng năm 2019

Nghiên cứu cắt ngang tiến hành năm 2019 tại năm bệnh viện tại thành phố Đà Nẵng nhằm nghiên cứu ảnh hưởng của sự thay đổi các giá trị nhiệt độ với số người cao tuổi mắc bệnh phổi tắc nghẽn mạn tính nhập viện điều trị nội trú. Diễn biến nhiệt năm 2019, nhiệt độ tăng dần từ tháng 1 đến tháng 6, tháng 7 và sau đó giảm dần đến tháng 12. Nhiệt độ cao nhất ở tháng 6,7 và 8. Nhiệt độ thấp nhất ở tháng 12 và tháng 1. Kết quả nghiên cứu của chúng tôi chỉ ra khi nhiệt độ chênh lệch tăng 1oC, nguy cơ nhập viện điều trị nội trú do COPD của người cao tuổi tăng 4% (95%CI: 0,08% - 8,1%). Nghiên cứu của chúng tôi chưa tìm thấy mối liên quan có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa sự tăng nhiệt độ trung bình ngày, nhiệt độ tối đa và nhiệt độ tối thiểu với số người bệnh cao tuổi mắc COPD điều trị nội trú.
