Gánh nặng chăm sóc của người chăm sóc chính cho người bệnh thận nhân tạo chu kỳ tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Thanh Hóa

Nghiên cứu cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 186 người chăm sóc chính tại Trung tâm Thận – Lọc máu và Khoa Nội thận – Tiết niệu, Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Thanh Hóa nhằm mô tả gánh nặng chăm sóc của người chăm sóc chính cho người bệnh thận nhân tạo chu kỳ năm 2025. Dữ liệu được thu thập bằng phỏng vấn trực tiếp, sử dụng bộ câu hỏi cấu trúc bao gồm thông tin nhân khẩu – xã hội của người chăm sóc, đặc điểm người bệnh và thang đo Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI). Kết quả cho thấy điểm gánh nặng chăm sóc trung vị là 45 (IQR: 37 – 51) trên tổng điểm 88. Đa số người chăm sóc có gánh nặng chăm sóc từ trung bình đến nặng (62,9%). Các nhóm chịu gánh nặng cao hơn gồm người chăm sóc chính là bố/mẹ, trình độ học vấn thấp, làm nội trợ hoặc đã nghỉ hưu, thu nhập thấp và chăm sóc trong thời gian dài. Kết quả nhấn mạnh nhu cầu xây dựng các chương trình hỗ trợ nhằm giảm gánh nặng cho các nhóm nguy cơ cao.
