Gánh nặng chăm sóc người bệnh ung thư phổi giai đoạn cuối tại Bệnh viện Ung bướu tỉnh Thanh Hóa 2025 - 2026

Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang thực hiện trên 173 người chăm sóc chính của người bệnh ung thư phổi giai đoạn cuối tại Bệnh viện Ung bướu tỉnh Thanh Hóa trong giai đoạn 2025 – 2026, sử dụng thang điểm Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI-22). Kết quả cho thấy điểm gánh nặng chăm sóc trung bình là 27,56 ± 12,68; trong đó 48,0% người chăm sóc có gánh nặng ở mức trung bình và 16,1% ở mức nghiêm trọng trở lên. Phân tích hồi quy logistic đa biến cho thấy, mối quan hệ vợ/chồng, là người chăm sóc duy nhất và sự phụ thuộc của người bệnh là các yếu tố liên quan làm gia tăng gánh nặng chăm sóc. Kết luận, người chăm sóc người bệnh ung thư phổi giai đoạn cuối đang phải đối mặt với gánh nặng đáng kể và cần được hỗ trợ phù hợp trong chăm sóc toàn diện.
